Rooms and Units
Waiheke Island Motel has 14 spacious units and cottages in a pretty garden setting.
The motel has a wide range of accommodation, from Garden Studio Apartments, one bedroom cottages, 2-bedroom family units, and a 3 bedroom house. We can accommodate individuals, couples, families or groups of up to 40 people.
We also manage a number of apartments and houses available on the Island for extended stays. These can accommodate anything from couple to a couple of families together. Check out our newest additions - a luxury one-bedroom apartment on Park Point or rent out the entire Park Point Estate (apartment included)
All Motel Units and houses are fully self-contained and serviced daily. All you need to bring is yourself and something comfortable to wear.
Garden Studios
For 1 or 2 guests, our studios are fully self-contained, compact and contains a queen bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
1 Bedroom Cottage
Suitable for 2 or 3 guests, these units are light and roomy and contain a queen bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the lounge plus a kitchenette and bathroom. One unit has wheelchair access and facilities.
Family 2-bedroom unit
These units are spacious and contain 4 beds: a queen bed, a double bed and 2 single beds. With full kitchen and cooking facilities, lounge area and bathroom these units provide space for families or groups. Included occupancy is for 4 people, however the units can accommodate 6 people if all beds are fully occupied. Extra person charges apply. We have one family unit that has 5 beds available and can sleep 7 people if fully occupied, this unit is available on request and has a higher base price than the standard family units.
Homestead Family Cottage
Our homestead cottage has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and 2 single beds in the lounge. It has a full kitchen and dining area, and bathroom. Included occupancy is for 5 people, however the house can accommodate 6 people if all beds are fully occupied. Extra person charges apply. Adjoining the cottage, and accessed by a shared wrap-around veranda, is a self-contained Studio, with queen bed, flat-screen TV with sky, kitchenette and en-suite. This can be booked through our listing 'Homestead Family Cottage INCL Adjoining Studio'. If the studio is included in your booking the total included occupancy across both is for 7 people and can be for 8 people with extra person charges.
Homestead Family Cottage INCL Adjoining Studio
Our homestead cottage has two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and 2 single beds in the lounge. It has a full kitchen and dining area, and bathroom. Adjoining the cottage, and accessed by a shared wrap-around veranda, is a self-contained Studio, with queen bed, flat-screen TV with sky, kitchenette and en-suite. Included occupancy for the house is for 5 people, however the house can accommodate 6 people if all beds are fully occupied. Extra person charges apply. With the studio is included in your booking the total included occupancy across both is for 7 people and can be for max 8 people. Extra person charges apply.
3 Bedroom Family House
This beautiful family house has a queen bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, a single in an alcove room, and there is also 1 single bed in the lounge. Boasting a full kitchen with cooking facilities, open plan lounge-dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, and all linen are provided. The house has a flat screen TV with Sky Guest Select (50+ channels) and free WiFi. Includes access to Waiheke Island Motel's facilities. Included occupancy is for 5 people, however the house can accommodate 8 people if all beds are fully occupied. Extra person charges apply.
Kereru Cottage - 3 bedrooms
A self-contained 3 bedroom cottage in Erua Road, 10 minutes walk from Waiheke Island Motel. Complete with BBQ, dishwasher and wireless internet this is the perfect place to base yourself for a week or long-weekend. Included occupancy is for 4 people, however the house can accommodate 6 if all beds are fully occupied. Extra person charges apply.
Park Point Luxury One Bedroom Apartment
Spoil yourself and stay in this new luxury apartment, just 5 minutes from the passenger ferry terminal at Matiatia. Fitted to the highest standard of finishes, with stone floors, a kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, a monsoon shower, and its own laundry with washer/dryer. The bedroom has amazing views to Rangitoto, a sumptuous queen bed with quality linen, a desk, and flat screen TV with Sky.
